About Murray County Court Docket

Murray County court dockets and case records are split among several offices. Donna Flood, Clerk of Superior Court, maintains Superior Court filings, while separate clerks serve the Probate, Magistrate, Juvenile, Chatsworth, and Eton courts. This private reference site organizes those official routes so readers can identify the right clerk, calendar, or search service without confusing one court's records with another's.

Why We Built This Site

Georgia provides public access to many court records, but access depends on the court and the type of case. The Superior Court of the Conasauga Judicial Circuit handles Murray County felony, civil, domestic, and appellate matters. Probate Court handles county traffic and probate records, Magistrate Court keeps its own civil and warrant files, and Juvenile Court records have tighter limits. Georgia Courts E-Access routes Superior Court users to PeachCourt rather than offering one open statewide trial-court database. This site brings those distinctions, official contacts, and request paths into one clear reference.

What You Will Find Here

  • Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and read in Murray County
  • Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
  • Case lookups: how to run a case search by party name or case number through the statewide portal
  • Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site. It has no affiliation with a Georgia court, clerk, or government agency. Its limits are important:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Outside providers power search boxes on some pages. Each provider controls its service, results, and prices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports the site. Murray County Court Docket does not control a partner's charges or guarantee that its results are complete, current, or tied to the correct court file.
